Worth it to buy new '12 vs. 09-11
So, am I correct in thinking that the Sport package doesn't change the suspension/ride at all for sedans?
I just saw some 2010 Anniversary Editions online, those are pretty hott. How likely am I to find one of those? A few quick searches found nothing....
Going to a dealer tomorrow to see what they are offering for end of the month specials, will let you guys know.
Thanks again for all the tips.

If you're getting an X (awd) then no the sport doesn't change the suspension, if you're getting the RWD then yes it does. The sport also has a thicker rear sway bar and the quicker steering ratio. Just drive one back to back and you'll notice the differences.
I had an '09 Sedan (Sport/Nav) and just moved into a '12 Coupe (Sport/Nav) and am really enjoying the '12. The transmission is definitely smoother and less quirky (assuming you are going AT) and the new nav layout and 3d graphics are a bonus.
It really comes down to your budget and priorities though. The G holds its value quite well, so the depreciation factor is less than it would be in most of the other brands.
Take a look at them in person and, more importantly, drive a sport vs. non-sport model to ensure the stiffer springs and seats are to your taste. For me personally, it's a no-brainer...grippy brakes, thigh and torso bolsters, a little firmer ride are all a bonus in my book.
Good luck and enjoy it when you move forward...it's a great car whichever way you decide to go!
