Not bad. Keep in mind dealers do not have rebates or cash back for leading on the 12 coupes. Your mf us a little high though

That is okay, but not great. I am in South Floirda as well looking at the same car. The best I did was 509 tax in Sign and drive 0 down 12k miles a year 39 month. But the MSRP was about 1,000 less. So I guess it is close, but still not there.

What dealership is this?

Latest Deal

Went back to try and get some more knocked off the price. The quote below is from Sawgrass Infiniti. I've contacted the five Infiniti dealers in South Florida, and this is the best I've gotten so far.

2012 G37s coupe 6MT
39 months
12,000 miles per year

MSRP: $46,425
Negotiated Price: $43,500
Residual: 60%
Residual value: $27,438
MF: .00107
Tax: 7%
Monthly payment: $510.81 including tax
Due signoff: $1,500

The dealer also threw in tints, wheel locks & the 1st oil change. I have three payments left on my '08 lease, which they are taking care of too.

We must have different lease programs, because in California both residuals and money factors are lower...

Are they actually taking car of the lease payments? or are they making you pay them with the 1500 upfront? Its a pretty good deal, if you want one in white, they offered me 509 tax in on white one that was about 45k 0 down 12k miles 0 total out of pocket. Both good deals, makes sure they are getting rid of your last 3 payments and not just rolling them into your new car.

it's a good deal. residual is the same in california, money factor has some packed rate on it, but need to make money somewhere, it is not buy rate though, as it shouldn't be.

Truecar quotes do not always apply to leasing. They always use the highest dealer cash, which is often restricted to cash purchases.
