Hi guys, just wanted to hear from you if any of you have had this issue:
Upon returning my lease (2008 G37 Coupe Sport), there were certain excess wear and tear charges that i knew that I would have to pay. However, when I received the final bill, I noticed that they charged sales tax on these excess wear and tear charges which frankly is ridiculous because no wear in the lease agreement does it state that sales taxes would be tacked on to excess wear and tear charges.

Has this happened to anyone and if so, were you able to successfully fight these charges?
