Link doesn't seem to work for me, but from the tooltip, it looks like it's an '09 G37x Coupe with ~26,000 Miles, Premium & Nav for ~$32,000. That about right? Also, what color is it? Without seeing the car, I'd start at 28,5 and go no higher than 30. HTH.

Second question, One is NY and one is NJ. Second car was bought for less than first so they're selling cheaper. This one is also probably worth about 26

 

Different area, different price. Try to talk them down a bit, both seem a little too high, especially the one in NY.
