What year, options? are they willing to let you have a mechanic inspect it?

If their willing to let you have someone loom at it you should be fine. It's a G37"s" without the sports package? Do you mean it's a G37 Journey then. The "s" means sports. Some aren't a true 6mt, but it should still have the sports appearance package. Seats, wheels, mud guards f/r, and the upgraded sport brakes.

Mud guards are not standard, at least the dealer claims they were not.
When i went to pick up my sport model, no mud guards.
Told them no mud guards, no dice. Since every sport model being delivered that day had them on.
Mudguards installed on the spot.

What does the carfax say about the accident? Typically it will tell you where the damage occurred and the severity of the impact.

Are we talking about a fender bender in a parking lot when the wife backed into a pole, or are we talking about a head on collision where every airbag in the car went off?

"An accident" is pretty vague.

Carfax shows no airbag deployment or anything, only thing that caught my eye was "accident reported". Doesn't really give me details which I thought they would, I'll give them a call to get the details, I hope its just a fender bender..

Thank alot for the help fellas!!

Its probably something minor, just have it inspected at a separate garage.
