OP i think 500 might be achievable depending on the incentives, the thing that makes it a bit difficult for you is the overage of miles, at .10 per mile over 15k which is about an extra 40$ or so per month assuming 36 months. Also the 6mt's are pretty rare on these cars so it depends what kind of shape the dealer is in. Also comes down do whats there today will prob not be there in 2 months or so, and that's if there are any 2011's available when your ready to do your next lease. My suggestion is since Infiniti has a 3 month pull ahead right now to start doing your searching and price shopping at the 3 month out part so you have a better chance of finding what you want, that is of course also dependent on your pay off. Used car market is strong right now and your previous coupe might be worth more then the payoff on trade, so would probably be good to search that as the positive could be used on top of your minimum down to get your payments low

That is my biggest issue, no dealerships around me have 6-mt's other than IPL's. I feel odd negotiating over the phone, I mean it's a big comitment so I really want to be sure but in the end it comes down to numbers, and my next lease contract just like my current one will be 39 month with 20k miles. Im really hoping I can get the coupe I want for less than $450 (it seems like a long shot) but as you said its worth a try.

How far should I go out of my range (MA)? And how will that effect my destination charge? As NoHoneyNoMoney stated, his local dealership has 2 potential 6-mt's.
