Finally!!!
So, after going back and forth with a few dealers the past few months, I FINALLY closed the deal.
I had gotten the price & payment I wanted a while back, but they low balled me on my trade. I since decided to pass and sell privately. Well, after having my vehicle on a few web listings including EBAY like 10 times, and having 2 "sales" fall through I re-contacted my local dealer, beaten down and willing to accept his trade offer IF he could still meet our agreed upon terms. He said he no longer had the numbers we worked on, only the trade-in appraisal. He then got all bubbly and said it was a great time for me to call because there is a local incentive for the car show and he could get me the car I wanted for $421/month! He said this in a lot of excitement until I reminded him our original package was at $399/month. "Oh..." I responded that if he couldn't at least match where we were originally at, then I would pass and wait it out longer on the sale of my car. He sounded down and said that he can't promise me anything, but he'll see what he can do and call me back... Several hours later, the call back. At this point I was not confident, and to my surprise, for the first time, he actually came back with the best deal I've been proposed since day one! For those of you who may be familiar with my negotiations thus far, I have been extremely detailed over every last number as far as Invoice, Money Factor, Rate, etc. However, I knew what he offered was an excellent deal, on top of it I was "worn out" with negotiating and did not ask questions as far as the exact details. Here it is;
2011 G37 Journey RWD Sedan (Moonlight White / Graphite)
Sport
Premium
Navigation
AERO
(Trunk mat, and a few other "accessories")
Lease: $385/month $2650 due at signing.
I'll post the sale price etc. when I get the papers, but I know when I was originally at $399/month for the same car it was around $37500 cap.
The only down side is that I'm impatient and the car is coming from the Carolina's to Ohio and I have to wait at least a week for it to get here. GRR.
The last thing, slightly a question, is the car has 200 miles on it. I was not concerned as my Honda was around the same when I bought it new, but wanted "Comfort" that it's no big deal? I was told this dealer also got it from another dealer and they drove it that distance.
I'm pretty excited and it's going to be a long week!

congrats!! sounds like you were well rewarded for all that waiting.
200miles is no big deal. my car had about the same when i picked her up. Its either they drive the car or i pay $$ to have it put in a trailer. I just hope they didnt abuse her during the drive.
