If you don't have any loyalty cash going into the capital reduction you are doing very well in my opinion. If you are eligible for the $1000 loyalty cash then you should try for another $500 or so.
One thing to keep in mind is that with incentives above your capital reduction that if you were to purchase this car it would likely be $32.5k. If you think you might want to buy this car at the end of your lease, the combined payments (lease + buyout) will be around $6400 above just buying the car. My math is telling me that I'd likely buy a 2009.

out of pocket total was 1600, 1st month, dmv NJ 400 something, bank, doc and something else. Oh and they paid for my last payment on my other lease.

I payed out of pocket $3K includes taxes, fees, banks, 1st montly payment. I guess I got a good deal, shoot I did, I went to 7 dealers. In the end, I dont think about it no more, I'm just loving the car!
