I need help...
Hey guys. Its been a while since i wrote anything. I need some suggestions on what to do. I am currently stationed in Camp Lejeune, North Carolina. It seems like the only way to get a car here is dealership. If I am going to go to a dealership, I was thinking on a g37s sedan or coupe, 6mt. I have no credit history. I just recently started building credit because i joined the Marine Corps so i feel a little bit more confortable trying to establish credit. I ran into some money problems, so I've only been able to save 1000 for a down on a car. I just need some tips or suggestions on what i should do.
That's a tough one. I've read that people with little or no credit history tend to have a hard time getting financing. Definitely pull your credit report and fico score. If there's bad info there, dispute it. Your credit reports and fico score will come with some good info on how your score is determined and what you can do to improve it. Definitely shop around for financing, and since you're in the military try some of the organizations that support the military. They may be kinder than regular banks.
