Decent deal for a G37 sedan?

I'm in Houston, Texas and have only been emailing the internet sales dept since Monday to see what kind of deal they can get me. So far I've been offered these:

2009 G37 Sedan
Black Obsidian / Graphite
Options
: Aerodynamic Package
High Friction Bra(Clear Bra)
Trunk Cargo Mat
Illuminated Kick Plates
Navigation Package
Premium Package
Glass Breakage Sensor
Splash Guards
Sport Package
Technology Package
Tunk Mat
MSRP: $44,475.00
Dealer Add On's: Tint ($195.00)
Wheel Locks($95.00)
Drive Out: $41,664.00

and

2009 G37 Sedan Black/Graphite
with Sport, Premium, Navi, splash gaurds, cargo net, trunk mat for $39,500 drive out.

Are either of these a good deal? I have another dealer who said they can beat the $39500 offer, but he hasn't replied back yet.

I'd ask for $40000 out the door. The price he quoted you would be fine for a coupe but remember that the sedan is ~$2k cheaper.

Thanks for the reply. I'll see if he can come up with something lower. I really only wanted the Sport, Navi, & Premium Packages anyways, so the extra stuff I would be paying for I don't even care for.

Could you state net cost, no tax, license etc. I usually work off of invoce price to keep comparisons easier between dealers.

I just asked for a drive out price so that way I know what I will be paying in the end. They can tack on whatever fees they want to the sale price of the car and it won't affect my end price.

Edmuns has invoice prices and currently there is $2,500. more the dealer has to work with on a cash sale. Some dealers are discounting another $400-$500. for a total discount of ~$3,000.00 back of invoice. Depending on what state, dealer, car, equipment... your mileage may vary. :-)
