Finally found a white new 08, what price should i settle for though?

i gave him my SS# to lock in the 0.9 since it ends tomorrow. He again said 39,800 is the price.....now im gonna go test drive one around here to "make sure"

I'd take it without a test drive if the odometer is below 50 miles or so. A brand new '08 for that price, with those options, is probably a deal that you won't beat anywhere else. As long as it wasn't a demo, then what are you going to learn from a test drive?!?

hmm... i got my car for 38500. it is G37 with every single option....

especially for 08 i am pretty sure you can do a lot better but then 0.9 ends tomorrow so...... unless you pay cash, you will save more money in a long way

Im not sure if this passed yet, or if it was discussed. But apparently Obama passed some bill that if you buy a new car in 2009 you will get 100% of your sales tax back as a tax credit next year. So thats another 2400 or so.

according to this it was passed monday. So its a pretty good time to buy. I need new tires soon and between 1300 for tires and 2400 tax credit its almost worth it for me to go a new 09 maybe in October before the 10's come out.
