What's up guys I'm a current Maxima owner and I'm trying to get a g37 , I have 3 payments left on it and the dealer offered me this shoud I take it or you think I can still negotiate ?

- Dealer taking care of my 3 payments on the nissan
- 2500 out of pocket + my dmv
- $430/39months

The cars are 08 , 6mt fully loaded , premium navi, technology , spoiler.

I really want a white one or black , but all they have , the have blue slate , graphite , and amythist , wich color would be the best you think ? or should I get 09 for same offer in the color I want ? Just your opinion, thanks

what year and how many miles are there on the maxima?

 

06 , 25k miles on the maxima , so if I call them and say I want 09 , white premium nav , for same offer they should be able to do it ? then I'll be tearing apart between white and black lol

 

You probably wont get the same deal on an 09. The dealerships are trying to blow the 08's out and will negotiate more on the price of the 08's than the 09's.

 

Dealerships always rip you off on trades....sell your car outright and you will come out way on top..unless your leasing then go for it.

 

+1 I agree. I could have stolen an '08 from my local stealership, but wanted an '09 and they would hardly budge on the price of the '09 since they had so many '08s left. But in the end get what you want. If you're getting a lease for 39 months, you better be happy with that car since it's what you'll be driving for those 3+ years. But don't expect them to be so flexible with an '09. Good luck to you. You'll love your G!!

so for the trade in they are just going to take care of three payments? How much are the payments? sounds like they are raping you on the trade.

an 06 maxima with 25k should be worth much more than 3 payments, assuming the payments are less than 2k each.

I traded in an 04 rsx with 90k for over 5k...

 

yes it's a lease , so it's not a trade in , I know they rape people on trades , right now I have a choice between red,BS, and amethyst, I really hope I'll like the red one I have to see one in person , but black is what I really want unf there is no black =/// , if anyone knows any dealers that have a 08 black 6mt , let me know

 

^^dealers can swap, so they should be able to locate the car you want in the color you want.

They said they couldn't locate a black one , they've located a blue slate and a red , and they have platinum graphite and amethyst in stock , so now I'm super confused on what color to get I wish they had black , blue slate is nice but it's not agressive , anyone has a red one in NYC I would just like to take a look at it
