Need Help With Leasing Question Pleaseee

Hello guys I am new here and glad to be a part of this site now as I have interest in the G37...I need help to see if I am getting a good deal or not...here is the break down...the car has prem, navi, sport package, sensorts etc.

MSRP is $45,235 and the selling price is $41,381. I am putting $3500 from which a $1000 is going towards fees, taxes and all that stuff. Residual is 59% and money factor is .00279 for a 36 month and 12k miles per year...the dealer is telling me with good credit(which i do) $565 tax included

any help would be much appreciated so i can know to pull the trigger or bargain some more...thanks

Sounds high to me too. This is similar to a lease I was quoted yesterday. I remember lease specials were offered shortly after the '08 debuted. The terms were Journey+Premium Package, $399/month 39 months $3400 drive-off 22k residual buy out option. Adding the sport and navi package shouldn't increase it much more

Thats high. MSRP of mine was ~$42,500 and I got it for $495/mo 39 mos., 12k miles/yr, no trade-in, $0 down, and the bank acquisition ($595) was rolled into the phone. If you work the numbers that works out to about $40,000 and I put $0 down. Mine is 08, BO, 6MT, Premium, Nav, and Sport. Sounds like they def have more room to move.
