09 G37 Coupe December Lease rates/incentives

I heard the December lease rates stayed the same, can some one confirm, or post the rates please. Also, what are the incentives for the 09 coupe?

they are virtually the same... not much '08 inventory remaining

It would be interesting to find out how much 08 inventory is left in the whole US. Is it possible for dealer to pull that information?
