Tell them to do you a favor by lowering the price so their new 2009 stock can get in.

Pinnacle infiniti in Scottsdale, AZ.

I was asking them about their 09's and he was telling me that they aren't getting any because they keep pushing them back.

Thumbs down

Way too high - I paid about $38,500 back in January before the economy took a major dump...

That included paint protection and a 6yr extended warranty they thru in.

Oooh wow big cities in Canada with 3-series & Lexus IS's. LOL, in big American cities we see Audi A8, Merc S63 AMGs, BMW 750s, Porsche 911's, BMW M3's & a handful of exotics like Aston Martin, Bentley, Lambo on a daily basis and still the G37 gets noticed everytime I'm in Detroit or Chicago. So yeah, I still think a G37 would get looks in Toronto. I was just there this summer and the hot women outnumbered the nice cars at a 12:1 ratio.

+1... Big Canadian cities won't hold a candle to American cities... I've lived and grown up in both Canada and US. I can tell you right now that a civic will get you a lot of looks in Toronto.

Anyway, besides all that. Lets not start an argument here.

I went to another dealer which is owned by the same company and the sales guy was way cooler.. He told me not to bother w/ a G37 this month and that I should wait till mid november.. Told me that the 09's are coming out along w/ the 7 AT.. Not only that but the prices on 08's will drop and the dealer will be desperate to sell them all...

I guess I'll be waiting till November.

Tell that guy to go eat a ****. You're basically paying MSRP. You should settle for no less than $500 below invoice.

Your G37 is like a lambo there... I know.

I'd probably pick up all the ladies w/ a G35 there.. Hell, a C230 benz does the trick there.
thats a pretty bad stereotype.
and we dont even need cars to pickup ladies here cuz there are wayyy too may beautiful ladies to choose from.

Yeah, you don't need cars to pick up ladies... Regardless, the car will attract them no matter what. Especially in Canada. That's the truth no matter how you look at it.

Huh? I wasn't saying anything bad about the US. The guy made it sound like Canada is some ghetto where a G35 pulls you tons of tail. I live in Toronto, so I wanted to clarify that those cars are a dime a dozen. I live 5 mins away from the Aston Martin & Rolls Royce dealer, so I see them daily. Obviously cars like the BMW 3-Series, Lexus IS, & even Infiniti G are entry level luxury cars, so obviously I wasn't trying to brag about them (which is why I said they're a dime a dozen). The richest Americans are much richer than the richer Cdns, it's obvious.

No it doesn't. If it gets looks, it's because people are wondering why is the driver acting like a douche revving his engine at the old lady in the car next to him. The Civic is the car of choice if you're poor in Toronto, this is why every 16 yr old kid in Toronto has 1. There's nothing wrong with the Civic, but clearly no 1 is envious of it.

Depends what part of t.dot you live in.... Woodbridge area? Jane & Steeles? lol.

All depends... for the most part, an accord/civic will get you looks.. If you have an RSX there you're the man.

If he lives near the AM/Rolls dealership, then he's at the downtown core.

I'm not sure what your point is. Civics and RSXs are normal ricer cars, you're delusional if you think you're "the man" with a car like those and get looks from anyone.

Jane & Finch = ghetto/CSI irl
Woodbridge = relatively affluent suburb

My coworker lives in Woodbridge and he routinely sees Aston Martins, Maseratis, Ferraris, and the like.

Exactly my point.. you have that one smaller area, but for the most part a "whatever/O.K." car will get you looks there.

My buddy had a peice of crap C230 benz there and the girls would be all over him.. Little do they know its only a 10K car.

I say it's a bad deal. I just picked up an 08 G37 sport (6mt) with premium package and muguards (and that stupid cargo net) and it was $36,400. I probably could have gotten them down a little lower if I really tried but I'm very happy with that price.

ninous26, I don't want an argument, but please stop suggesting the Civic makes people envious in Canada. Nowhere is the Civic a head-turner, if people mention Jane & Finch, the US ghettos are much worse. Obviously the US is richer, no dispute. Everyday I see tons of 3-Series & IS, so such a common car definitely doesn't isn't a headturner.
