Got a quote, should I do it?

I got a dealer's quote w/ VPP for $39,248.64 (OTD $40,988.10), should I do it? This is a G37S 6MT with prem, navg, and kickplate, and edmunds showed invoice price at $39,180 so basically i'll be buying right at invoice price.

I keep hearing people getting it $500 or $1000 below invoice, and I envy those deals, but I have tried and tried w/ the dealer for a few days now, and they just won't budge. They won't even lower to $40,500 OTD.

what should I do here? I am plan on taking advantage of 0.9% interests.

I say go for it... That's a good deal especially with the interest rate.

it's not a bad deal... although there are better deals you can get but it seems like its hard for you to get them from your dealer.. I would go shop around at more dealerships if there are more located close by but if there is no more dealers I would take the offer.. but its up to you, take it if you really want the car!

Damn, that rate is low. Forget about the $500-$1000 below invoice, with that interest rate, you'll save a few G'$ in the long run. Go for it!
