I wouldn't touch this car because of possible engine damage from the lack of cooling system. (Radiator is gone!) Engine could have gone thermal nuclear when the radiator went bye bye. Ah the smell of sweet coolant is not a good thing when automobile has lost it's radiator and cooling fans. I have had this happen first hand because of the bad driving habits that I used to have. (Bumper to bumper driving) Old guy with a old ice cream truck and very thick eye glasses driving 25 - 30 mph. on hwy # 101 in Santa Barbara, California. @ 9 pm.
