lease question

Lets say I have a go0d month in sales and make more than usual and have some extra cash. Logic and reason aside, can you pay more than the stated amount on your lease statement, thereby lowering the remaining statements?

Nope, you can pay a couple months in advance but there's nothing you can do to take away from the principle amount to lower your overall monthly payment.

You can pay in advance, but you have absolutely NOTHING to gain by doing so; there is no interest acruing like on a purcahse.

if the payment is more than required, then the extra money sent has to be going somewhere.
I paid more than required 1 month on my old mazda lease and every month after that, the payment was lower than it was before I paid that extra amount.

or they might just issue a refund check for the difference. I've been told no, and Mike who works for Infiniti say's it won't work. You can try and risk putting your extra cash in limbo with infiniti if you want. Mazda's lease terms might be different too.
