Lease now or wait for June rates?

I know it's all just speculation, but does anyone have an educated guess on the lease rates for June on a G37 Journey? Residual and money factor on a 36 month -18k mile/year lease?

I have a great offer on the table from a dealer now but it may help me a little more to wait about 30 days. I'm sure that the MF will go down, but if the residual goes down too much the deal may actually be worse for me.

Any thoughts or predictions are appreciated. Thanks.

I would wait until June. According to a few sales reps from infiniti the June month usually has more attractive offers due to the upcoming year's models arriving. (i.e. In 06' I got into a 12month lease for 300 odd some dollars a month on a G35.)

FYI, May and June lease residual & MF are the same. What I am seeing is that inventories are depleting so availability next month will be worse. If you wait, odds are you'll have to settle for color choice #2 or #3.

June rates will be the same as May's, so it won't matter. There's so much inventory around is crazy. One of the dealers I worked with had over 60 in stock and the other one I leased from had like 40. If you live in an area were there is decent competition, you can still get what you want even if the dealer doesn't have it. They will just do a dealer swap and eat the cost.

May Lease Rates...These are the same as what I saw on my dealers rates folder.

For 18k leases, you will be looking at maybe 2-3% decrease in residual value, but your rate should stay the same. Currently the sweet spot (in terms) is the 39mo lease.

Eh, this isn't really totally true in the Southern California region. IP, BS, and BO models are getting scarce due to high volume, however there are decent inventories on LP and AG right now. You are right with the 39 month lease right now.

I'm from SoCal :P Pretty darn close to Cerritos too. Maybe is just me, but I got my IP from Cerritos Infiniti and they had quite a few. Infiniti of MV also had a lot. It does depend on the trim though, they have a bunch of Journeys in a bunch of colors.

LOL. well I'm close to have sold through all my IP and BO coupes right now. Sure, more are coming in, but inventory just isn't what it was months ago. Nice site BTW, RwG.

Ironically, Dave works in Cerritos Infiniti...

^^ Yes, but keep in mind this includes base, Journey, Sport 6MT, different interior colors, and obviously different optional equipment all combined.
