Is there any way out of any of those fees??

 

Theres no way techically out of them, the dealership just pays them so you don't, the deal sounds really strong if you can get it at just 2k down, for that payment.

 

All fees look legit. The dealer fee is a 50-50. Some dealers waive it, while some claim its legit. For $95, I wouldnt worry about it.

Just to touch on this; those fees are collected by the dealer and then paid back to the state and the bank. If they "waive" those fees, the dealer is then actually packing back into the price since those fees have got to be paid regardless. If you know a way to get around paying taxes and fees, I need your name, social, and home address but don't be scurred of men in black coming to you with guns asking questions.
