I just refinanced my G37 - saving $4000

I financed my car through the dealer - I was paying 7.9%. I saw a special on the local news about people refinancing their cars. I contacted AAA, and qualified for the refinance at 5.4% - it will save me about 5 months off the total loan, and a savings of $4000

I did this after making 7 payments.

I'm also looking into refinancing my car. I just went to AAA website but I dont see the refinance information. I googled it, it came out a link where it just takes me back to the AAA root site.

For my original loan I went through the dealer - ended up with Chase. @Eiso - I filled out the application online and there was no refi option - I filled it out as if it was for a new car, and put stuff in the notes to indicate that it was a refi.

If you have one available check you local credit union, I orignally financed my previous Audi through Audi/VW financal @ %12.9, and refi-ed with OCTFCU at 5.5% on a used vehicle. That saved me like $60 per month alone. I did that after only 3 payments.
