thinking about trading....

okay here is the deal,
I currently have an 5AT G37, just got it last month under a 36 month lease. Now, I want to trade it in for a 6MT G37. Any suggestions, thoughts or comments? Also, I heard a rumor that there is a 7 speed auto coming out for the 09? help.....

I love my 5AT. Sure I wish it was a 6 or 7 speed auto, but it does the job. I love Drive Sport (DS) mode too.

If you can afford to take the depreciation hit, go for it.

The new 09 FX is going to have a 7AT, not sure if they're gonna be putting it in the 09 G37 though

I'm pretty sure they'll punish you. They surely don't let people trade leases for the same monthly payment just because someone changes their mind 1 month later. You should've really thought it over in the 1st place, changing your mind so fast.

Well I talked to the dealer today, it wasn't that bad. He said it would be 2000 dollars to do the swap for a fully loaded 6MT. He said to wait until the 09 comes out so it will be easier to do a swap with an 08. ehh...guesss I am stuck with auto....
