4877$ down ? Thats NUTS!! Never put that much down on a lease.
For that much down, the payment seems a bit too high.
Run some numbers at :

First month's payment and driveoff is what I would do.

I ran some numbers for you.
Looks like the dealer is charging you $1000 in dealer fees. This is apart from the bank fee of $595 that IFS charges you.
I would walk away from this deal. You r paying $1000 too much IMHO.
The max dealer fee I would pay at this juncture would be $100, NOT $1000.00

WOW, it's a lease correct? Why the down payment? You're paying too much up front. You lose that money immediately. Walk away. You should also read the "leasing tips" in this forum. The link is here somewhere.....

Well, what brought me in to the dealership was the ad of $3999 and $400/mth for 39 mths...Then I started seeing how nobody was putting down what I was (4 grand) and had the same monthly payment I did. All the 3 ealers I've talked to have all said the same rough thing-about 4k down.

So this is the quote from the 3rd dealer:
Cap Cost 39,118.97
Monthly Payment: 398.00 39/15K
Monthly Payment: 389.00 39/12K
4000.00 due on delivery
Now i'm working through that leasing calculator and with the numbers I'm working with, it seems nigh impossible that I can get a sub $400 p'ment without putting down at least 2500-3000...
This is what I get for pursuing a communications major...

The money down ads are a come-on to get you to say "wow, I can afford $399 mo." If you wreck the car, the down payment goes "poof". Read more around this part of the site, but try to stay away from any money down lease deal. Just pay the freight and get the best deal without handing over any cash (except maybe your sec. desposit, maybe...) Good luck!
