Leasing in So-Cal?

What are you guys paying?

I am going to sell my 2004 M3 and look to lease a G37S.

I want

6MT
Navi
Premium
Illuminated Door Sills
**tech..not as important though**

I want as low down as possible..24 months, 15,000 a year.

Any good dealers you guys have gone thru?

Thx

I work in Westlake, so I went there and was asking simple questions, guy didn't seem too enthusiastic. He said mid high 500's for a g37S..seems a bit high imo.

According to edmunds.com the price on the car you requested is
MSRP $41,985
Invoice $38,324
If we do invoice -500(lease incentive)
Based on 72 Percent Residiual and .00217 MF You are looking at about $491.98
THAT IS YOUR BEST DEAL POSSIBLE!!!!!

6MT
Navi
Premium
Illuminated Door Sills

No Tech included in that price.

(Net cap cost ($38324) - Residiual (72%)/Term) + (Net cap+Res * MF .00217) + Taxes

how does down payment play into this?

also, i calculated this and came up with a higher monthly payment.

($38324 - 27593/24) + (Net cap+Res * MF .00217) + Taxes

447.125 + (38324+10731*.00217) + Taxes

= 447.125+106

~553+ Tax..

did i do something wrong?

Residual is 72 Percent of MSRP not discount price. So in place of residiual put 30,229.2

No, a down payment takes away from your payment, for example putting 1000 down i think takes about 40 bucks or so off every month. Dealer fees and up front cost + BS plus first month are usually about 1000 total. So upfront money is not going to take away from ur monthly payment where as a putting money "down" will. im not any expert on this so maybe someone with more knowledge will chime in.
