Well, I spent a good 3 hours in Major infiniti in KC today, almost pulled the trigger on a Blue Slate graphite, prem, nav, trunk matts/nets, floor matt with 107 miles on it. I asked them if they had an athens blue in stock, which they did not, but they tried to get one from another dealer and could not.

I go home and call another dealer in STL and they not only find the AB car I want with prem, nav, trunk matts/floor matts/nets with illuminated kick plates, but it also JUST came off the truck, all plastic still on it and has not driven ( of course). He waived the fee to ship the car to his dealership and beat the price of the KC dealer ( they had to install a spoiler b/c the car doesn't come with it, kc wanted 700 bucks for that ).

So I did it. I'll have an Athens Blue Sport Stone, 6MT Prem/Nav with all the little extras and no miles without having to wait around for it to be ordered, all for 39000 flat. 3.9% financing , 63mo comes out to 737 and some change, I'm pretty happy The guys in stl treated me better and were more knowledgeable. I'll def add to the Athen Blue pics thread after I get this car on wednesday, day after christmas... Looks like it'll be a good gift eh?

Congrats Greg, I'm in KC myself and I have been up to Major Infiniti and I wasn't impresses with the sales people. I will also be looking at STL to purchase my G37. Which dealer did you get your car from?

 

Bommarito Infiniti. I dealt with a man named Doug, who was very straight forward and easy to talk to. He was also very knowledgeable. They went out of their way to get the exact car I wanted shipped ASAP and they paid for the shipping. I've yet to meet doug in person, but I can definitely recommend him as a straight forwards salesman. He was willing to give me the negatives as well as positives on different questions.

I felt like the Major Infiniti dealership was just trying to push me into a vehicle, regardless of whether I wanted it or not. They also were not knowledgeable. My salesmen kept forgetting what car I said I wanted and what options, then he would go check to see if he could find an athens blue and come back saying ok well I couldn't find a blue slate journy... I was like WTF man, I said athens blue 6mt.


I'd still recommend doing some phone deals with multiple dealerships around the midwest. Bommarito will go out of their way to match or beat any other dealer and choked up 1000 to quick ship my car untouched off the truck of another dealership. Oh and Bommarito deals many more cars then major infiniti, so they have a bigger pull when they call up another dealer to get a car shipped to them.

We should do a photoshoot with the cars sometime after you get yours eh?? What color are you looking at?
