Guys,

My situation: My lease was signed on Nov 30th. According to edmunds.com that entitled me to $500 in loyalty cash. According to my dealer, he needs to "see the letter I received from infiniti" stating that fact in order to TRY to get me the money retroactively.

Problem: I never got a letter. All I got is edmunds.com!

Solution: Anyone got one?

 

Were you an existing Infiniti owner?

FYI, I got a call from IFS today asking about my intentions on my M lease which has one payment left. I inquired about the incentive cash and the person told me it was up to the dealer as to whether they participate or not.

 

Yep, I was a prior infiniti owner.

My dealer just says he needs a piece of paper confirming what I am saying is true. Any ideas?

 

print out that paper from edmunds and give that to them? or give them the website and force them to look at it if they dont agree, threaten to burn down the dealership. hope that helps you can paypal me the money.

 

If the dealership is unaware of loyalty cash they're idiots. Otherwise, they're not participating and making you jump through some hoops.

 

just got email today 3pm PST from Infiniti direct offering $1000 loyalty rebate.
Go fight for it !!!!!
