Infiniti New Car Survey

This is the second Infiniti I have bought and the dealers have always stressed the importance of the survey... My first experience in 05 was great, thus they got a great survey from me. This experience was okay and I plan on indicating that on the survey.

Do the dealers / salesmen get a perk for excellent surveys? Does Infiniti take them as serious as other makes?

A few years back I helped my grandmother buy a new Toyota and it was a horrible experience. I trashed the dealer on their survery and got a call from not only the dealership, but also Toyota corporate within just a few days of submitting the survey.

My salesman told me today that he gets some extra $ for an excellent survey. I didn't ask how much.

I gave this same dealership a bad survey (for the service dept) about 4 years ago and they called me up on the phone and whined to me about it. It's got a different owner now tho.

That's what I thought. If I'm not mistaken, I heard it was $500 for an excellent survey on a new car sale.

Make him a deal that you'll give him an excellent review, but he'll have to give you 100.

Hahaha, that'd be so messed up. I'd only do that if he gave you a horrible experience. If the guy was good, let him earn his buck

surveys are meant to be as any other survey- to be rated honestly and for Infiniti to read about your experiences. I don't even mention surveys to my clients because they know how well they are treated and will just write about it. I read some good reviews and bad reviews from other sales consultants to help them do things better in the sales process.

Yea, they're not suppose to mention anything about the survey to you. I think on the survey there's even a question that asks if the sales person mentioned anything about the survey.

Some might bring it up to ask for a good review, but I don't think they're suppose to.
