Question My Lease Quote

Whats up guys? Went to get my G35 serviced today and talked to my salesman for my "end-of-lease" options. It would not benefit me to keep my '06 G Coupe since the buy-out price would be $29K and Infiniti financial will not budge. With 6 year financing, I will not be able to keep up with the depreciation. So after an hour of talking/negotiating(I suck at negotiating) we came up with this quote:

'08 G37 Coupe Sport 6MT
Ivory Pearl/Graphite
Premium Package
Spoiler
Mud Guards
Trunk Mat

MSRP of ~$40,300
10K Miles/Year
3K Down
$496/month

I think its do-able but not sure if this is the best deal I can get. What do you think?

TIA,
-Kuz™

Oh BTW the 3K includes bank fees, taxes, first and last payments. The term is 39 months. $496/month includes taxes as well.

Do a 24 month lease. Much cheaper....

My car was $1,300 total out of pocket money, $525/month for 24 months, 15K miles/yr.

6MT Premium, NAV, Splash Guards, trunk tray, cargo net - MSRP $42,025

Nice deal. I'll look into different terms again (although he said this term would be the most beneficial)

If your car is stolen or totaled you won't get the additional down payment back. *poof*

You can invest the money down on a lease and earn interest.

You can use the money down as a Multiple Security Deposit and save money on your lease.

What should I be asking in addition? To keep my payment under $500, what should I negotiate?

I will be asking if there is a difference in the 39 month term and 24 month. But stuck there... I suck at negotiating...

So you think this is a pretty decent deal? Just something to keep in mind, we are using a local bank instead of Infiniti because they suck.

Just got a call from my salesman that the bank doesn't do 10k miles a year, so they bumped it up to 12K/year. IP/graphite is also a rare combo(which I found weird) so they have to get it in from NY. I could be driving it as soon as Friday. YAY!

Infiniti DOES do 10K miles/yr leases. it actually makes the residual higher, causing the payment to be lower....
