What are all the fees when buying?

Hey guys, what are the fees that go into purchasing a car. I know that there's tax, title, and license. Anything else?

Also what's the percentage/cost of each one? I know that tax is based on where I live, but what does the title and license cost?

I just want to know the total cost before I go into a dealer.

your tax, title and license Will Depend upon which state you live in...

for example, ... it costs me $26 for registering my car(military-TN).....it will be different for each state.

It's $200 where I live, that includes title and license.
Local tax is like 4% of the total car price.(around $1500)
That's why a basic S model here would be around 38K-39K

I dont know about CA but in NV you can go to the DMV website and get an estimate for your registration costs. Mine was a little over $600.
Also, when you are at the dealer pay close attention to their fees. Doc fees, delivery fees, processing fees etc... They will slide as many in there as they can. Some are negotiable and some are not. That will add to your out the door price.
