G37 Headlight Harness Question 2008
G37 Headlight Harness Question 2008
So I need a headlight harness for the passenger side for my 2008 g37 coupe. I found one online but the title of the harness says "2008 G37 Passnger Side Headlight Harness NON SPORT". My g37 is a sport edition so will this harness not work for my car? Do sport and non sport models share different harnesses. Thank you
The only difference between "sport" and "non-sport" models is if you have AFS (Adaptive Front-lighting System) which was a option on some tech packages. The main headlights use the same connector, while AFS also has a separate connector for the swivel motor wiring.
What potential harness did you find? (link, pics?)

I agree with ILM, though OP has to be a bit more specific as to if he needs the harness that goes from the vehicle's headlight connector to the actual headlight or the harness that feeds the headlight.
The harness that's part of the headlight is easy to change and can be found between $50-$100
The harness that feeds the headlight is part of the engine bay harness and it's a WHOLE harness on it's own. average about $300-$400 and another $1000 to replace.
If it is indeed the Headlight harness, you'd have to specify coupe or sedan. If I'm not mistaken only sedan's came with AFS right @ILM-NC G37S ?

AFS was available on both the Coupe and the Sedan. I do not think it was ever offered for the Convertible. 'Vert owners/ other in the know can correct me if I am wrong.
