Quality parts and build! Great work, it's great to see there are still people out there picking all the good parts!

It looks like you'll be on the road before me, enjoy!

Shoutout to Shingo Yugami at Bluemoon Performance for building the motor. Shingo is famous for building Sung Kang's 240Z (the actor who played Han in Fast and Furious). Another shoutout to the boys Corner 3 Garage for doing the install and Seb at Specialty-Z for the tuning. These are all great guys. I highly recommend them if you want quality work. Very pleased. Been doing business with Corner 3 and Specialty-Z for years. Very solid guys. Wouldn't trust anyone else.

Today we will be firing up the car for the first time with a base map from Specialty-Z. We are waiting for the mounting hardware for the fuel pump (supposed to come in today). Should it come in at the end of the day then the car will be fired up tomorrow instead. Pictures below for reference. Stay tuned.

Walbro 450 fuel pump did not fit properly. Shop wants to do an OEM fitment pump from another vendor. Project will be complete tomorrow. Stay tuned.

Drives great. Clutch is way heavier than I'm used to but I'm adjusting to it. Been driving it to work. Still have less than 400 on the clock. Need at least 1k before I hand it to Specialty-Z to dyno tune. Right now it's just on base map. It runs really solid. Bluemoon did a great job with building the block. Corner3 Garage installed everything. I paid another 2k to have the parts WPC treated (block, heads, pistons, rods, and crankshaft). Supposedly WPC treatment is good for oil retention and longevity.

Hey Will, don't they install the engine at Bluemoon? or you have to drop off the engine by itself?

How's everything holding up?
