What tires did you go with?
I went with another set of PSS

Bet those are nice pics too
Yeah, I'm in the process of moving the important ones to Flikr. Their resolution is a bit better anyway imo

So before I get ahead of myself, I did reach out to Diode Dynamics for a warranty replacement for the demon eye thats out. After I advised them of my troubleshooting techniques, they did not have any additional methods and advised that the board probably went bad. I can say is that they have EXCEPTIONAL customer service and made the process extremely easy for me. They also asked for me to send the old one back so that they can look into it and hopefully determine why it went out and of course incorporate that into their products. Thought that was exceptional as well. So once the new eye comes in, it may be awhile before I reopen the light as im dreading it.

On to the new wheels. I picked up a set of Volk Racing SF Winnings in a
F: 19x9.5 +32 R: 19x10.5 +29

Being that these are 11 years old, they are actually in pretty good shape. Only 1 wheel has a blemish on the lip. I am currently trying to decide what to do with them is far as powder coating the full wheel or just the faces. I have started the process of disassembling all wheels and did start the wet sanding process on one of the rear wheels which I did identify 1 issue - there is some ghosting from where the original stick was on the lips. I have ordered some metal polishing and cleaning compound and pads so once those arrive and I go through the proper process, I can then re-evaluate from there.

Will get more pics of the whole process once I'm done.

If anyone has any suggestions on how to clean the hardware, I am all ears. Thanks

Nice updates & glad to hear of Diode Dynamics service, they always get top reviews!

Pretty aggressive rear offsets on those Volks, are you planning any fender mods there or camber & stretch?

Love the rolling shots, sweet!

At the moment no plans on pulling the fenders. I may just end up with a bit of cambered look and still debating the tire size. I'd prefer 275/45 in the rear but again will have to get a better idea once the wheels are done and I can test fit.

Offset is only -16mm than what I'm currently running which is about a 6th of an inch. If I run stretch i'll prob run a 255/40

16mm is about 5/8th of an inch, but 255/40 should tuck ok, and having a little extra camber just in case, should get you there without too much pain.
