Here's a tip: pick up a spray can of basic satin or matte black for plastic surfaces. Something like Krylon Fusion for Plastic. Get rid of that yellow loop.
Much of my plastic under the hood is clear coated to give it all a nice shine to tie in together but I definitely need to do something about that yellow loop on the oil dip stick! Another thing that passed by me. Also it won't be ready for tomorrow but i plan on changing all the nuts and bolts in the entire engine bay probably sometime within the next week or two. Spending $250 on a kit just seems to be a lot to me. After changing out the ones on my IPL engine cover it made me realize i should continue and do the rest.

Way to Go Kenny K.
You're the best OG-B! I got A LOT of my inspiration from you and your IPL build and how can we forget the INSANE AMOUNT of knowledge you've given me lol Thank you so much for the words man! !
I think it's pretty interesting to the eye how you have an inverted color theme. On the exterior, black is your primary color accompanied by white wheels. Under the hood, it's white with a black outline/insulation. The car looks like something out of Initial D, but with a lot more class
I'm thinking this weekend is a really big deal for Mr. Kenny. Coming online as a Moderator in the forum, and the ridonkulous speed by which he's been modifying that Coupe over the last year... meeting up with 40+ members on the forum is a watershed moment. Particularly with his car looking like it does at this Bear Mountain meet-up.
"As my guide and I watched from the bushes..." LOL
Thanks everybody! Can't wait to see the turnout of the PA meet tomorrow!
Have a blast K, G is looking great, wish I could get out there one of these times, would love to see these cars in person and cheer some beers w/ you guys!
