TEIN Street Basis Damper is the evolution of the popular BASIC coilover model. It incorporates new internal and external components, newly developed coatings and new manufacturing processes.
Slip-fit threaded adjustment tube. Allows for damper body and threaded sleeve to be thoroughly coated for rust/ corrosion protection.
Revised Aluminum Spring Seat and Delrin Thrust Washer are light weight and durable. This combination allows for smooth ride height adjustment. The new spring seats have a larger contact surface area and eliminate the need for a rubber spring seat.

This Flex coilover is designed for the street but tested on the track and provides some of the best balance we've seen in a street coilover. Comfortable for daily driving yet aggressive enough for weekend track use, these TEIN Flex Coilovers provide incredible balance and handling improvement over the factory suspension. A great feature of these coilovers is that you can adjust the height without compressing the springs, so you can drop it as low as you want and still retain the full shock travel.
