Any idea why Tien doesn't sell top hats with these? bother then the fact they never have. ive never sen another mfg do that.

Because the Street Basis are for street applications and solid style hats make more noise than the rubber stock mounts and add harshness to the ride, These are for smooth and quiet operation.

If you want solid style hats get one of the Flex versions.
