Which way are you guys installing these STBs?

1. Jack up the front end and install the bars?
2. Just install them with the front tires on the ground.

My previous car I just installed them with the front tires on the ground but I think someone explained why you should lift the front end up before installing. I can't remember why though?

instructions....

pop hood
unbolt i believe bolts from both strut towers(one side at a time)
put on side pieces...
tighten down with the bolts you took off
install the arm of the brace with 2 supplied bolts and tighten down with minimum room from engine cover...

no jacking up or anything...hardest thing is popping the hood..lol...

 

you shouldnt have a problem installing one, its very straight forward..

also i think the bolts are either 10mm or 12 mm on top the strut towers..

 

Bars have arrived at the warehouse, and instead of shipping them here first, they will all be shipped directly to each of you to save even MORE time
