Im thinking of getting reman akebonos from rock auto is this worth it ? And also would it fit the base g37coupe wheels with a 25mm spacer?

They are the largest remanufacturer of brake calipers in the US, and their prices were much better than even beat-up used calipers off eBay; like everything else on the internet, the reviews of remanufactured calipers range from never buy them to they work perfectly. You will red pill trying to sift through all the advice.

My thinking was that we have members on the forum tearing the calipers apart and rebuilding them, why would a company that does this as their primary line of business be inferior to that approach? The ones on Rock Auto likely come from Cardone, and I trust Rock Auto.
