Staggered 350z wheels on 2015 q60 awd

Staggered 350z wheels on 2015 q60 awd

I see some say not good idea. I already bought them and installed. Mpg went up. Lol. But now im worried the size difference.


front is 9inch. Rear is 10inch.

what's your tire size? The awd system does not have any sensor that would be able to detect or use the staggered widths as an input.

Its tire diameter that matters because the the abs sensor and whatever else the system uses to detect slip compares the left to right sides, and front to rear.

If you choose a tire combination that is very close in diameter, the all wheels will travel at similar/same speeds

245/45/R18 has essentially the same or very close diameter to 275/40R18 at 26.7" diameter. That's why the general rule should be tro stay under 1% difference front to rear in diameter.

i cant recall at the moment the sizes but they are like -.05% less than the oem size on rotation.

im probably removing them and putting stock Sport rims back on.
