I have a 2008 G37s 5AT. The LF rotor is wearing unevenly. The rotor is still 32.5 mm, so I have room to turn it. But is this a common issue? I'm guessing the sliding pins on the caliper have lost their lube. Just wondering if this is usually the issue, or are the Akebonos known for uneven clamping? My RH rotor is worn much more evenly. Getting ready to get parts. Thanks 😊

 

You have a 2008 so maybe it's just time for a new caliper. And just buy a new rotor instead of turning it. Rotors don't cost that much.
