Should I change inner tie rods if changing outers?

I put Hotchkis sway bars on my car and they are great, but I have some clunkies coming from the suspension when exiting a "high stress" turn, or when entering a driveway sideways where one wheel lifts up then the other does.

So I am going to change the end links and outer tie rods. The outer tie rod grease cover is broken down and gone on both sides, and the end links move around super easily.

My question is... if I am changing those, should I also change the inner tie rods? It's a bit more work, but if I already have it all taken apart, maybe I should?

If you are going to do outers and inners you are better off doing the whole rack in my opinion. I wouldn't change the inners just because of changing the outers. The extra work isn't worth it IMO.

Ok thank. I'll just do outers and end links.

The dealership has been saying my rack is leaking for years, they always say I need a new one. But my power steering fluid never goes down. Changing the rack seems like a pain in the ****, how much work is it?

I would do inner and outer if you already have the parts. Just incase if one of the inner tie rods is messed up. It will also save you a extra trip to get an alignment. I did mine and its was pretty easy didn't take more than 30 minute to do both the inner tie rods.
