13 G37X AWD Sedan Front Suspension Crossmember Cage Frame Cradle

This is where the slight bend is and it just so happens to be where there is two holes I'm guessing my bumper cover will attach to this is some way

This is the actual part that I need it doesn't look like it's hard to get off but I don't need my engine crushing my skull if I take the bolts out of this damn thing. LOL
Ok so my car has been thru hell and back had a mechanic replace my calipers simply because I didn't have time asked around and someone referred me to this guy that was reasonable. Long story short this idiot didn't bleed my brakes and I didn't even make it out of the parking lot before my car was kissing someone else's rear end except there rear end was a trailer a very low trailer so the flat bottom trailer sat low enough to where it went under my front grille literally left my front grille untouched and got into my soft parts. I have already bought everything else radiator / radiator fan assembly / core support / new front bumper cover. But I don't want to put anything in until I know about this front crossmember cage engine cradle part. Mine got slightly bent and I was going to replace it but I wanted to get anyone's input on this particular part I'll post pictures of mine being bent and the part that I need and if anyone knows if this is something terribly hard to do. I have access to some shop things like a lift and what not but is it something that is going to cause other things to fall out if I remove it without taking them out. It just seems like it doesn't do much but hold something that is already in place from maybe moving left to right. I don't know honestly why I need you all to help me out! Any information about this particular part and replacing or repairing the spot that's bent by welding or straightening it out. Thanks guys pics attached!
