Best bang for your buck handling upgrades?

So i want to get rid of or at least reduce the body roll on my sedan but I also dont want to spend thousands of dollars for parts that wont get used to their fullest potential. Any suggestions for some sway bars and strut bars that are relatively low in price but still good? I saw a megan racing strut bar for $80 and was thinking of getting it but is it good/worth the price?
Also, I hear coilovers help out alot but I dont want to 1. Spend 1.5k-2k on good coilovers and 2. Reduce the ride quality too much bc I already like how it rides and I have some roads in my area with alot of pot holes. Should I get/is there good lowering springs that help with handling without reducing ride quality?

Thanks in advance!

Sway bars make the biggest difference, go with those first. Plenty of comparisons on the forums, just search. Front Strut bar will hardly make a difference, it's mainly cosmetic. If you lower your car with aftermarket sway bars it's best to upgrade the sway bar endlinks as well.

Do you have the awd sedan? If so get the Sport rear sway bar, greatly reduced the body roll and understear and makes the handling much more neutral and feel planted. If you look around a bit you can find one for $50-60

Thanks I'll check it out. Does it matter if the sport sway bar comes from the coupe or does it have to be pulled from another G37xS sedan?

Would I have to get the same brand endlinks as the sway bars or will any kind suffice?

I got my bigger rear sway bar on my X from a sport coupe (you will also need the bushings). Also, i did not change out my stock endlinks with the beefier sway bar. I have not lowered yet either, but when i do, I will probably update the endlinks so they are better adjustable for a different angle of the swaybar.

For the Sedan, there are only 2 sets of OEM swaybars: AWD and RWD. Sport package is irrelevant (S or xS). The only distinction is AWD vs. RWD. In other words, the sway bars on the base RWD Journey are the same as those on the RWD Sport (and 6MT). I can't speak for the Coupe.

Swaybars make the most significant difference. Tower brace, not so much.

I have a V35 and V36. I've noticed that the front sway for the V35 seems thicker.
I have not gotten around to measuring however the mounting locations appear to be similar.
If so this would be a nice/cheap upgrade.

I've heard that 370z front and rear sways are interchangeable.

OT: Who's been messing with the thread title?? I was waiting to see who it would irk the most

On topic. Many aftermarket (eiback, hoskins, etc) are adjustable and maybe better suited than a fixed rate bar.

I also recommend bigger sway bars. My favorite mod so far.

No, any will work. I went with SPL end links. I also have their FUCA and rear camber arms. Eventually will get their tie rod ends too.

Put a set of Eibach sway bars on my 08 Coupe, bolted them to the softest setting. Perfect for me.

As I was under my v35 yesterday I noticed how much thicker the front sway is in comparison to the v36.
V35 - 32mm
V36 - 27.4mm

Now the bar has its difference in shape towards the front of the engine however I believe that V36 links will fit and mounting location is just finding the right bushing. If this fits that is quite the upgrade being that v35 sways are $10 and there are thousands of them at JY.

Here's a comparison, after looking at the ends I noticed it will require too much work to make the ends fit and function properly.

V35

V36
