Needing some info on camber bolts, cv boots stuck bolts

Hi all, I have a 2009 g37xs. I recently just bought the car. It came with bc racing coil overs already on it. It seems that the previous owner didn't get it aligned. I think it's due to the seized up toe and camber bolts.
I have purchased SPC camber arms and it came with the toe bolts and lock out washer for the camber bolts.
I am having a heck of the time with the 2 toe bolts and one of the camber bolts They are totally stuck. Wd40 hasn't helped to much so I did read online to try a 50/50 mix of atf fluid and lacquer thinner and let it soak in that for 24-28 hours. So that is going to be my next attempt.
If that don't work, any suggestions on what could help get those bolts out? I don't want to try and pry on the bolt to much due to the toe bolt mounts are sort of flemsy
If I want to replace the stock oem camber bolts(if I have to cut the old ones off) . Do I just by another spc toe bolt set? After searching on Google, all searches lead to the spc kit or the lockout kit from spl. I tried searching for the oem bolt, but didn't have to much luck find a complete set for cheaper then a spc bolt kit. I found part numbers for bolt washer and nut.
As for the cv boots. Has anyone just used the boots from parts geek, rock auto etc? It seems most brick and mortar auto stores only have a inner cv boot kit and have no listing for the outter boot kit. I have one boot that's torn so I figured while I had the rear apart I would clean and repack and put new boots on.

Yeah my little propane tank was empty to try. Ill give it another go. I'm thinking I'll just change out those bushings. I am hoping these are the correct ones?

You got an impact gun at all? Air or electric?

Or a 3' breaker bar?
