I am trying to pick out a set of wheels / tires and I have a question about the mileage and the speedometer.
Which wheels do the calculation? Is it the rear wheels on the rwd G37? I tried searching but I couldn’t find anything relative.

Yes, the speed sensor is in the rear on the RWD.
