Power Steering all of a sudden went out?

Yesterday after work started the car and immediately Steering felt heavy coming out of the parking space. Never had PS issues before this.
Had front struts replaced 4 days ago and muffler delete 2 days ago.
Took the car where I had my muffler delete done and they checked PS fluid levels, and even lifted car up to check for leaks and connections at the rack & pinion and around the suspension. Everything was good.

Is it possible the power steering pump just died on me? Or could the guy who replaced my strut damaged my wheel angle sensor or something else around that area?

Is the drive belt still there? Is there fluid in the reservoir? Are all the fluid lines connected?

Does the fluid look like it's bubbling with the engine running? It will do this in park with the steering wheel untouched. Just start your car, pop the hood and take a gander at the reservoir.

Not bubbling, didnt open it though. Should I be able to tell its bubbling without opening it?

Yes, it's really obvious through the translucent reservoir. If it's not bubbling, I would look at the pump.
