Newbie here:need help understanding my suspension

Hi guys,

I bought a used g37xs, and it came lowered with BC racing coilovers. I have paperwork from the previous owner about the "settings"

I need some help understanding the settings, and how I can adjust them. If anyone could help me interpret it, or point me toward a resource that would be amazing.

What I want to do is raise it slightly, and then add spacers for better fitment. Using 225/45/19s stock wheels.

Any help would be appreciated.

Those are the settings for your alignment, the front is well in spec, the rear camber is about 2x more than the spec so you will get increased inner tread wear on the back set of tires. As you raise the car up your negative camber will get smaller. I would consider adding a rear camber/toe kit unless you already have one, and if that's the case I would align the rear closer to spec.

I'm running -2 degrees camber front and rear with no undue wear. I'd be more worried about toe-in.
