New Wheel Setup

Hello guys I need some quick input!
2011 Infinti G37 Sedan Non Sport No BBK

I have found a a great deal 20x9.5 +38mm weds vishunu 1,000 with brand new tires only thug is there 5x120 so I’ll have to take them to wheel specialist to get redrilled.
Any issues in running this setup heard I can even run 10-15mm spacer rear and keep front as is for a good fitment. Fitment Gurus Chime In please I’m horrible at suspension.
Stock lowered on swift springs 1.2 front and 0.8 rear. Nothing else aftermarket suspension wise

You won't need a spacer, those wheels will fit flush as-is. The drilling question is best answered by that wheel specialist, hopefully you have a good source for that in your area. What size are the tires? Nice wheels BTW.
