Yup, what do you expect. Vossen sells their cast wheels at forged wheel prices ($500+ each wheel).

How durable are their cast wheels. Like the Vossen CVTs. They are cast and cost like 550 per rim but vossen says they form them a different way so they are lighter and stronger. Think this is true? Found a good deal for them and they look really sharp so may bite on it

If you're looking for some cheap forged wheels but are still great.... here's something to look at.

If you're looking for some different in wheels, I would probably suggest VS Forged by Vertini Wheels. Forged wheels at cheapest I've ever seen compared to the big players like Vorsteiner, Vossen, Avant Garde and so forth.

So the vertini wheels are true forged wheels? meaning their durability and weight are an improvement over the monoblock cast I have currently? would they be better than vossen CVT?

Which Vertini Wheels do you have? They have various models from entry level cast wheels to rotary forged to true forged. The VS series is their forged wheels and their RF series would be there rotary forged.

I don't have vertini. I have niche right now and they are monoblock cast and are terrible. Im looking for a new set but want a brand/style that is more reliable and durable

If you want a step up.. rotary forged wheels are best bang for buck (enkei makes their wheels rotary forged [flow formed] ).

The next step would be Forged wheels.

Each wheel manufacturer has different wheel lineups. Most have a cast wheel line, a flow form line, and a true forged line. More and more manufacturers are offering a wider variety of wheels using different manufacturing techniques at different price points.

Check the Enkei VF line, Work Emotion line, Wedssport (entire line), SSR GTV line, Rays Gramlites for good options that aren't crazy expensive but still strong, and lighter weight and higher quality Japan-sourced quality control.

Not to hijack the thread but does anyone have any opinions regarding Rohana wheels- specifically their Rotary Forged variants?
