Looking for new struts...
I'm looking for new strut assemblies for my 2008 G37S. I don't wish to lower them, and I'd prefer the whole assembly for ease of install as well as having new springs too. Stock is fine with me, but I'm wondering what else is available.
Any recommendations?

If you're near Southern California, I have a set of stock S 2011/2012 coils/struts/springs that I'm willing to let go of for cheap if you want. Very few miles on them, as we quickly replaced them with aftermarket.
Your only option would be to buy an OEM set, already assembled, used, from another G owner. There really aren't any aftermarket all in one solutions that are assembled AND will maintain OEM height that are inexpensive.
You could, theoretically, buy all the necessary OEM parts and have someone assemble them for you. You'd only need to do that to the fronts. The rears have an outboard spring. You'll still need a plethora of proper tools to do the job yourself.

Probably not. Considering there are more than a few part numbers for the OEM dampers, I'm sure Infiniti specifies damping characteristics for the OEM version. They're the same in that it's a twin tube gas charged shock but that's about it. But without seeing a shock dyno of the OEM Base/Sport/IPL vs. the Tokico HP's, it's anyone's guess.
You may be able to write to them and find out. Just ask if they're firmer than the OEM shock on the G37.
Tokico Performance Shocks
Edit: I see they only offer the HP for the G37 Coupe. Not sure which G37 version the OP has.

The problem OP is going to run into getting a completely assembled front shock/spring assembly, is the top hats (I think that's what they are called), since most people reuse them or save them to go back to stock later.
Even breaking for beer, I did shocks + springs by myself, with hand tools, on jack stands in ~6 hours.
