Will I rub?

Forgive my ignorance and this is likely just a simple question. I've seen on the forums many recommend 245/40/19 and 275/35/19 tires on the stock 19" sport wheels, but often spacers are mentioned. Will I rub without spacers?

I'm on fully stock suspension.

Winter is coming to an end and my summers have 1mm in the rear so I need to buy tires for the next season.

No you won't have issues with those tire sizes on the OEM 19s without spacers, they just use the spacers for a more "flush to the fender" fit.

Without spacers and fully stock suspension?

No. You won't even come close to rubbing.

The reason why people put spacers on is to push the wheels out so they are more flush to the fender.

And even much more so when you lower the vehicle. The wheels look really sunken into the wheel well.

I am on KW Coilovers with the Sport 19s. Lowered to no gap.

I have the 275/245 combo. I have 15MM spacers in the rear and 20MM in the front.

I had to trim the fender/bumper tab inside the rear wheel well because the tire was rubbing it when I hit bumps/dips. But that is only due to how much I'm lowered.
